About the Puppet Showplace Theatre
 Our Mission
The Puppet Showplace Theatre (PST) is a non-profit performing
arts organization committed to excellence in puppetry for all
audiences.
As the first puppetry center in New England, we strive to
promote and present the magical world of puppet theatre to a
broad community; to educate and enlighten audiences of all
ages, abilities and backgrounds about this ancient, worldwide
theatre; to share our passion for puppetry as a vital, living
art.
We support the use of puppetry in its many forms, from
traditional to contemporary, as a medium for entertainment,
education, and artistic expression; and, in partnership with
area businesses, schools and other philanthropic
organizations, we encourage and participate in puppetry and
performing arts as a community service that can change lives
for the better.
