Welcome to the Puppet Showplace Theatre's web site. We invite
you to come explore the ancient and evocative global tradition
of puppetry and get to know our theatre, one of the oldest
continuously operating puppet theatres in the country.
For over 30 years, the Puppet Showplace Theatre has provided
audiences of all ages with the finest in puppetry arts. The award
winning productions that we bring to our stage cover the entire
spectrum of this ancient and unique form of theatre, from
children's to adult productions, from traditional to cutting
edge.
So, please have a look at what is here for you and your entire
family. If this is the first time you have joined us, we think
you are in for a treat!
 Reservation Policy
We are not able to take reservations over the internet,
either through a secure server or via e-mail. The only way
to make a reservation is with a credit card via telephone at
617.731.6400. There is no service charge for reservations,
and reserved tickets are non-refundable.
If available, tickets may be purchased at the door on the day
of the show.
Our theatre only seats 100 and many shows sell out, so if you
have not reserved, please call to make sure we still have
tickets before you come. We hate to disappoint children who
have been promised a puppet show and then discover it's sold
out.
Seating is general admission and we begin seating 20 minutes
before a show.
 Saturday, April 26 is The National
Day of Puppetry.
The Boston Area Guild of Puppetry and the Puppet Showplace
Theatre will present performances, workshops, and
demonstrations from 10am to 4pm.
Snow White and
Other Tales at 1pm & 3pm.
