visit to PST.

New in the Theatre...
Puppet SLAMsAdult Puppetry
Join us March 15th and May 10th for the last two installments of the
PuppetSLAM as part of out Puppets at Night series. These evenings
truly are puppetry "without a safety net."
Experience different styles and themes of puppetry along side other
adventurous adults. You may see a peacock come to life, explore a
haunted house, or watch a dancer in the shadows.
The evening is hosted by Carl Weiting, one of the original SLAM
instigators, who believes "Why should kids have all the fun?"
New Shows
This Spring PST is brining in several new shows by some of our
favorite performers. Sadecky's Puppets return to PST with the
classic puppet tale of Pinocchio. Tucker's Tales will present
Bear Tales, a
collection of bear stories and, of course, the popular one starring
Goldilocks. Tanglewood Marionettes will bring their latest
production The Dragon
King to our stage in April. This is a magical production about a
Grandmother's adventures underwater.
Meet New Friends at the PST Store
We have added some new puppets to the puppetry store.
The shelves are full of puppets looking for a home. There are also
books and videos of our performers and friends.

National Day of Puppetry
On April 26th we will be celebrating the National Day of Puppetry
here at the Puppet Showplace Theatre in collaboration with the
Boston Area Guild of Puppetry. We will be presenting
Snow White &
other Tales by the Perry Alley Puppet Theatre at 1pm
and 3pm.
Stop in to see demonstrations and exhibits set up by local Guild
members and participate in workshops being held at Inner Space,
next door.
Please come to celebrate, support, and learn more about the art
of puppetry.
The Puppet Showplace Theatre is proud to have received a grant
from the Brookline Commission for the Arts in sponsorship of this
event. The Brookline Commission for the Arts is a local agency
which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a
state agency.

Thank You
As always the Puppet Showplace would like to thank all of our
members, supporters, and audience for making us your favorite
puppet theatre in all of New England. We wouldn't be here if
you didn't love puppetry as much as we done. Thank You from
the puppets!
