Two puppeteers arrive carrying a box of puppets. When the box is opened it is almost empty. There are no puppets, only a book, an egg and an old newspaper. Using these items, the puppeteers create the story of Babui, a creature that hatches from the egg and is raised by an ostrich, tiger, and an elephant.
Using movement, sound, melody, attitude and music, colorful tabletop puppets tell a story about love, care and cooperation.
Recommended for ages 4 and up.
