BRAD SHUR has been Puppet Showplace Theater's resident artist since 2009. During that time, he has created 4 original touring productions, designed and built puppets for clients from across the region, taught puppetry to hundreds of students ages pre-k to adult, collaborated with numerous cultural partners and non-profits, and overseen the design and production of the massive Midnight Zoo outdoor performance at the Franklin Park Zoo. This year, we recognize his contributions to the puppetry community with a special presentation of the Paul Vincent Davis award.

All contributions support Puppet Showplace Theater's mission to bring outstanding professional puppetry
to diverse audiences
through performances, workshops, and community outreach activities.
