1:00 - 4:00pm

Puppets! Comedy! Making stuff up! Veteran improviser and puppeteer Sarah Nolen returns this summer with a 1-day hands-on improv workshop that will jumpstart your creativity, hone your puppetry skills, and boost your confidence when launching an improv scene. In particular, this workshop will give you tools to tackle those first few lines of an improvisation without breaking a sweat. Together, we'll discover the outrageous possibilities of puppet theater, find inspiration from the puppet itself, practice listening to our scene partners, and increase our overall bravery as performers. A great class for puppetry fans, improvisers, and anyone looking to jumpstart their creativity.

Recommended for adults and teens. All experience levels welcome. Puppets will be provided by the instructor.
