About the Show

“Run, run, as fast as you can — you can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man!” The classic story of a little running cookie, with a Christmas twist.

Watch the Gingerbread Man outwit and outrun various hungry animals —- and figure out what he really wants for Christmas. The audience helps guide the action and sing along in this highly interactive holiday puppet show from New York City-based WonderSpark Puppets.

All ages welcome, especially enjoyed by ages 3 - 6

About the Artist

WonderSpark Puppets is a New York City based puppet theater company led by Chad Williams and Z Briggs. The company's mission is to spread joy, spark imagination and share laughter through high quality puppet performances. Their shows are often found in schools, shuls, libraries, parks, and other exciting locations. They have toured internationally, bringing original productions and puppetry workshops to festivals in South East Asia. Chad Williams is Co-Artistic Director of WonderSpark Puppets and has toured and taught puppetry internationally. He has written, directed, and performed over twenty solo puppet plays for family audiences with hundreds of performances every year. Chad is a recognized master of hand puppetry and a multi-award winning author of "how-to" puppetry manuals and books about puppetry.
