About the Show
Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit stories have been loved for generations — and now Tuckers’ Tales Puppet Theatre has brought them to life in an irresistible manner, with colorful scenery, loveable soft puppets, and turn-of-the-century costumes, for an unforgettable theater experience.
Included are three stories:
The Tale of Peter Rabbit: Why are the cabbages in Mr. McGregor’s garden an overwhelming temptation, despite the warnings by Peter’s mother? And are a couple of cabbages really worth losing your new clothes?
The Tale of Mrs. Tittlemouse: Our intrepid heroine has just finished her housecleaning when... some unwanted visitors drop in! Dirty Toads! Sticky Bumblebees! What is a poor Wood Mouse to do? And can she dispose of her messy guests and their footprints before her tea party guests arrive?
The Tale of Benjamin Bunny: After Peter’s cousin, Benjamin, convinces him to go back into the garden, Peter does rescue his clothes; but then he needs to be rescued himself! Where did Mr. McGregor get that big, sleepy cat?
This charming production is traveling to us all the way from Pennsylvania — don’t miss it!
