What does this mean for you?
You might notice that our ticketing checkout pages look a little different, and our new tool offers an improved ticket shopping and checkout experience:
Easy showtime selection — view all available performances on one page!
Members can use their complimentary tickets online — without having to email the Box Office!
Easy breezy ticket purchasing — pay with ApplePay, GooglePay, or save your card in your account for speedy checkout.
Easy password resets via magic link!
If you already have an account with us:
Use the “Forgot Password” feature and enter the same email address you usually use to log in to your account.
Members: your benefits are waiting for you!
Your discounts and complimentary tickets are already in your account, and ready to go. Be sure to use the same email address that you used to buy your membership!
What’s happening to my existing tickets?
Any tickets that have been previously purchased are all set — no action needed!
The old ticketing system will continue to be used for shows scheduled in August, but the new ticketing system is now live for our September and October programs!
